Quintessential New Mexico!  Pueblo architecture, semi-remodeled and clean, in a safe, quiet and walkable neighborhood.  Thoughtful touches and upgrades have gone into this space for our guests.

Fully furnished with southwestern furniture and accessories including a cozy couch, newer home goods (bed linens, fluffy towels, 4 standard pillows), Keurig coffee maker, microwave, gas range, fully outfitted kitchen), 50” smart TV, high speed internet, washer and dryer facilities, private backyard with picnic table and barbecue, private fenced front pation with table and chairs, private guest parking lot, heating is a baseboard heating system, cooling is an evaporative cooling system, security features include Ring exterior cameras, dusk to dawn lighting and security doors.  Our cleaning includes steam cleaning and disinfecting mattresses after every guest visit.  This is a smoke free and pet friendly property (restrictions apply). 

Items to Note

We always try to improve our guest experience with changes or additions to the furniture, accessories and home goods.  Photos are always current and typically taken after every guest visit.

Spent 3 months here and it was great! Location is good and easy to get to hospitals. Never had any issues. Would recommend!

Cozy place, fast internet

B was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any issues I had. The property had all the amenities I was looking for: large table, fast internet (for gaming in my free time), privacy fence. The bed was comfortable and although the shower was a little small, it was adequate for what I needed. I love the keurig for coffee! Would come back to stay if I got another contract in the area. Thanks B!

The unit was immaculately cleaned, had everything I could have possibly needed and was very close to work. The land lords were so welcoming and its clear they take pride in their properties.
