Quintessential New Mexico!  Pueblo architecture, semi-remodeled and clean, in a safe, quiet and walkable neighborhood.  Thoughtful touches and upgrades have gone into this space for our guests.  

This Space Includes

Fully furnished with southwestern furniture and accessories including leather couches, newer home goods (bed linens, fluffy towels, 4 standard pillows), loft bedroom with 2 beds, NEW Window AC, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, gas range, fully outfitted kitchen), 50” smart TV in living room, high speed internet, washer and dryer facilities, private backyard with picnic table and barbecue, private guest parking lot, heating is a baseboard heating system, cooling is an window AC, security features include Ring exterior cameras, dusk to dawn lighting and security doors.  Our cleaning includes steam cleaning and disinfecting mattresses after every guest visit.  This is a smoke free and pet friendly property (restrictions apply). 

Items to Note

We always try to improve our guest experience with changes or additions to the furniture, accessories and home goods.  Photos are always current and typically taken after every guest visit.  Additional amenities upon request and availability include bicycles, barbecues, irons, ironing boards, air mattress, etc.

I am very grateful for Bren for helping me because I was having a hard time finding a place that allowed pets . Her place was very nice and clean . I liked the fact that she has a great security system to keep nurses extra safe . It also close to many restaurants, Sprouts and Whole foods grocery store . Brenda is always checking on her property and she always responds in a timely manner if you have a problem . Water is nice and hot , bed are very comfortable. Also the neighbors were friendly as well.

Close to everything, quiet and perfect for me and my small dog. Husband came and went a few times and plenty of room for two. Landlord is responsive and respects privacy/night shift sleep schedule. 10/10 would recommend! Drive to Presbyterian was approx 12 mins on side streets.

We had a very good experience here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and came completely equipped. B was the perfect landlord; kind, helpful, and always available if needed. No complaints from us!
